If you think it's just lavish gifts that members of the Royal Family receive, then you've got it wrong. Buckingham Palace recently revealed the items that have been given to the likes of King Charles and Princess Anne - and one in particular has been questioned by a royal expert. During a discussion on the Palace Confidential podcast, the Daily Mail's Rebecca English and Richard Eden went head-to-head in a quiz about gifts received by the royals. As part of the line of questioning, Luke Blackall asked if Princess Anne receiving a box of "bespoke reusable nappies" was fact or fiction. The publication's royal editor clarified: "That is true, that is true. She visited a factory that make reusable nappies." After Richard questioned the choice of item, Rebecca went on to say that the Princess Royal had visited a factory who makes the nappies. Luke went on to suggest that Anne may have put the gift to good use by handing the nappies down to her daughter and son-in-law, Zara and Mike Tindall, who have three children. In response, Rebecca said: "She could've taken them back to Gatcombe Park for the brood," while Luke agreed: "Exactly, for Zara and Mike [Tindall]." Princess Anne made a visit to Bambino Mio, a reusable nappy firm, in 2021. At the time, she handed out The Queen's Award for Enterprise for International Trade and officially opened the company's new headquarters. Reflecting on the royal recognition, the founder and managing director, Guy Schanschieff, couldn't hide his delight, revealing: "This was a really special way of celebrating our businesses success and it was an honour to introduce HRH The Princess Royal to some of our Bambino Mio team. "This was a truly momentous occasion for me, as it was the Princess Royal herself who awarded me with my MBE back in 2011. "This is yet another accolade which proves that the purposeful work we are doing at Bambino Mio is genuinely driving a positive change within the reusable baby product category," he added, as reported by Northantslife.co.uk. Princess Anne resides on the expansive 700-acre Gatcombe Park estate alongside her husband, Sir Timothy Laurence, and their children and grandchildren. Her daughter, Zara, her spouse Mike and their three children, Mia, 11, Lena, six, and Lucas, four, reside in a spacious seven-bedroom farmhouse on the estate. Additionally, Princess Anne's son, Peter, and his family also live in a private cottage within the picturesque Gloucestershire countryside grounds. The estate, which was purchased by the late Queen Elizabeth in 1976, is now said to be valued at an impressive £6 million. Meanwhile, Rebecca has previously written about some of the unique gifts Princess Anne has received, which includes; a model of a slurry tanker, five mouth guards, numerous rugby balls, tartan items, edible goods, and a box containing 51 acorns. Buckingham Palace released the list of gifts received by the Royal family, after Zara shared a rare insight into the challenges faced by members of the Royal family. During a recent event at the London Sporting Club, the 43-year-old remarked, as reported by The Sun: "It is very hard to see from the outside, but 100%, it is a family that is still going through the same struggles other people do. "Whether they are relationships, obviously, it is very easy to see every day. We're still very supportive of each other."
