Staffordshire Police have again appealed for information following an incident where a woman was struck by a grey Nissan van at Aston Wood Golf Club on Blake Street, Little Aston, at 10.26am on Friday.
The woman, aged in her 60s, was injured when a van being chased by West Midlands Police mounted an embankment of the golf course before striking her.
The incident happened after two West Midlands Police patrol cars began pursuing the van in Kingstanding, Birmingham, at around 10.15am following reports of suspicious activity in the area.
Now, Staffordshire Police have again appealed for information into the incident, saying that their investigation 'continues at pace'.
A Staffordshire Police spokesperson said: "As our investigation continues at pace, we are continuing to appeal for dashcam footage after a serious collision in Shenstone.
"We were called to Aston Wood Golf Club on Blake Street at 10.25am on Friday (11 April) after a grey Nissan van struck a member of the public on the golf course following a pursuit by West Midlands Police officers.
"The driver and two passengers, all men, from the van ran off from the golf club and remain outstanding. We’re working hard to trawl through CCTV, speak to witnesses and investigate their movements in order to locate them."
Police have appealed for CCTV or doorbell footage of anyone travelling on foot on Blake Street and Birmingham Road between Sutton Coldfield and Shenstone, following the time of the incident.
The force spokesperson said: "We are particularly interested in dashcam, CCTV or doorbell footage of anyone travelling on foot on Blake Street and Birmingham Road between Sutton Coldfield and Shenstone after the collision.
"A woman in her 60s remains in a critical condition in hospital. Her family are being supported by specialist officers."
An Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) investigation was quickly launched following the incident, with the IOPC saying on Saturday that they were in the 'initial stages' of their investigation.
