RJ Mahvash, on Friday, dropped a video on Instagram, silencing all those who claimed that her rumoured boyfriend, Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal, made her career. One troll at a time, she gave it back to all those questioning her career and how Chahal gave her newfound popularity. The cricketer, too, has reacted to her post. Yuzvendra Chahal reacted to RJ Mahvash’s video by writing, “Respect! ?? More power to you!” His comment alone invited over 30,000 likes. Fans, too, supported both Chahal and Mahvash. The RJ’s video opened with a screenshot of a comment that read, “Yuzi bhai ne iska career bana diya.” Responding to this, Mahvash said, “2019 is industry me hu, aao isse pehle ka apna career dikhati hu,” before transitioning into a montage showcasing her professional achievements. She highlighted her 2023 production debut and her role in the film Section 108 opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Mahvash then tackled claims that she’s using cricket for fame. She then went on to mention having written two books and acting in the Amazon Prime web series Pyaar Paisa Profit.
