The son of cricket legend and former India captain Sachin Tendulkar, Arjun Tendulkar, has reportedly been engaged to Saaniya Chandok, the granddaughter of well-known Mumbai industrialist Ravi Ghai. The InterContinental hotel and the ice cream company Brooklyn Creamery are owned by the Ghai family, who are well-known in the food and hospitality industries. Close friends and relatives from both sides attended the private engagement, as per the report of India Today. Arjun, a 25-year-old left-arm fast bowling all-rounder, has played for the Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League and represents Goa in domestic cricket. Saaniya is renowned for maintaining a low public presence and hails from one of Mumbai's most well-known business families.
