The Cotswold village of Bibury was once described by William Morris as the ‘most beautiful village in England’. It's easy to see why. Bibury village centre is a ¼ mile walk and, by car, Cirencester 6 miles, Burford 9 miles, Fairford 5 miles, Bourton on the Water 12 miles, Cheltenham 20 miles, Oxford 30 miles. Alternative ideas include Number 1 Blockley , near Moreton-in-Marsh, which has a wood-burner, two bedrooms and is dog-friendly. And, if you're looking for something bigger, Leafield Cottage in Brockworth sleeps 10 and has a garden and patio. It takes just under two hours to get to Bibury from Birmingham, traffic permitting, via the M5.
