The White House's top doc has released the results of Donald Trump's official annual physical examination – and it is good news for the Orange Manbaby. The President was given a clean bill of health that bizarrely praised his "frequent victories at golf events" for contributing to his "excellent" biological condition. There had been concerns for the 78-year-old's health after he was pictured with a brown discoloured bruise on his hand a number of months ago. Those fears have now been firmly been put in the rear-view mirror by decorated navy doctor Capt Sean Barbabella's report which praised Trump's "active lifestyle". The physical's summary reads: "President Trump remains in excellent health, exhibiting robust cardiac, pulmonary, neurological and general physical function. His active lifestyle continues to contribute significantly to his well-being. "President Trump's days include participation in multiple meetings, public appearances, press availability and frequent victories at golf events. "President Trump exhibits excellent cognitive and physical health and is fully fit to execute the duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Head of State." The President is on two cholesterol medications, aspirin for his heart function and Mometasone cream "for a skin condition". The examination document also noted Trump's two surgeries – appendectomy at age 11 and a "bilateral cataract surgery" – and his "lifelong abstinence from tobacco and alcohol". Trump's physical stats: Back in February, fears Trump's health was in crisis abounded after an angry bruise was seen on his right hand. The darkly coloured mark was spotted by eagle-eyed viewers of the Orange Manbaby's meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron in the Oval Office. The leaders came together in Washington against a backdrop of fraught relations between Europe and the US as discussions are being held to bring an end to the war in Ukraine – discussions which have included representatives from the previously ex-communicated Russia . Dr Gareth Nye told the Daily Star the bruising may be the result of an IV drip being inserted into the 78-year-old President's hand. He said: “Bruising is much more common as you age due to the thinning of skin and weakening of blood vessels. “As we get older, bruising is seen even in minor bumps and there is often very little underlying to suggest a health concern. “This is more likely to be the case if a person is on blood thinning medication or has been exposed to a lot of sunlight. It may additionally be a completely benign condition called Actinic purpura which is also caused by excessive sun exposure. “It does look similar to bruising which is left by IV drip insertion although there is no evidence of IV usage or need.” For the latest breaking news and stories from across the globe from the Daily Star, sign up for our newsletters .
