TEAM TTO finished just off the podium in the men’s 4x400 relay at the Athletics Stadium in Asuncion, Paraguay yesterday.
As the 2025 Junior Pan Am wound down on the penultimate day, the team of Kyrell Williams, Shakeem Mc Kay, Dillon Leacock and Jaden Marchan crossed the line in three minutes, 08.55 seconds, for fourth place.
Brazil romped to the gold in a new Games record of 3:03.76 while Jamaica nabbed the silver in 3:06.59 with Puerto Rico earning the bronze in 3:07.29.
In the men’s discus throw final, Jaden James finished in sixth position with his best effort coming in the opening attempt with a launch of 54.13 metres
In golf action, TTO’s Jerseem Boodram had a round of 90 on day two to add to his opening round of 83. He is currently in 30th position in the men’s individual competition.
