Love Island's Almia Gagio and Ben Holbrough have been dealt a devastating blow before the first episode even airs. The pair are set to make their grand entrance into the iconic villa in tonight's (Monday, June 9) opener as the ITV love-fest kicks off its twelfth series. A dozen sizzling singletons are on the prowl for love, but not all can nab the cash prize when the season wraps up. Bookies have pegged Irish stunner Megan Forte Clarke as the early 3-1 front-runner to be part of this year's triumphant Love Island duo. Before the show even hits our screens, Shakira Khan is tipped at 4-1 to be the top lass, with Helena Ford and Sophie Lee hot on her heels at 5-1, Meg Moore at 6-1, and Almia trailing at 7-1, reports OK! . On the lads' side, Blu Chegini is the hot 7-2 bet to be the last man standing, while Tommy Bradley, Harry Cooksley, and Dejon Noel-Williams are all in the running at 4-1, leaving Ben just shy at 5-1. Coral's John Hill chimed in: "Megan Forte Clarke is proving very popular in our early Love Island betting before the series has even launched. Many punters feel she has a great chance of going all the way in the villa. "Blu Chegini tops the betting to be the leading male contestant at the end of the series." In a last-minute twist, professional rugby hunk Calum Philips joins the official roster after Kyle Ashamn was axed from the series for "personal reasons". In an unusual reveal, Love Island chiefs have also spilled the beans on the first bombshell set to shake things up in the villa. Vegas poolside vixen Antonia Laites is about to send temperatures soaring and jaws dropping in a sensational Love Island upheaval. Going by Toni in the villa, this tantalizing brunette tends to VIPs at the swanky Fontainebleau Resort in Vegas, boasting a past peppered with Miami sunshine. Chatting it up with ITV, Toni spilled the beans on what she's after: "someone that can make me laugh". Adding a dash of her sparkling personality to the mix, she said: "I'm super outgoing. And someone that's quite active. Maybe one day we could start our own family together." Love Island returns to ITV2 and ITVX on Monday, June 9 at 9pm
