Two teenagers arrested after mutilated kittens found at golf course

Two teenagers have been arrested after a pair of kittens were found tortured and dismembered at a West London golf course. The Metropolitan Police was called to Ruislip Public Golf Course, just across from West Ruislip station, at about 12.40pm on Saturday, May 3, following reports of animal cruelty. The police then put out an appeal for witnesses when CCTV footage showed a teenage lad and lass with a black duffel bag on Ickenham Road. Two teenagers were arrested today (Friday, May 16) on suspicion of animal cruelty. The latest update from the Metropolitan Police states: "Following information provided to the Met, officers arrested two teenagers on Friday, 16 May on suspicion of animal cruelty. They remain in custody. "We recognise the distress this incident has caused in the area and we thank the community for sharing information with us.", reports MyLondon .
