Warriors Rumors: Two East Teams Heavily Linked With Jonathan Kuminga

One of the biggest stories around the Golden State Warriors as the team enters the offseason is what the future holds for forward Jonathan Kuminga. The idea of a sign-and-trade could make sense for both sides if Kuminga is determined to leave Golden State.According to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype, the Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat are two teams being linked with Kuminga ahead of his free agency."Kuminga is looking for an expanded and consistent role moving forward, league sources told HoopsHype. Golden State has a set target that they would feel comfortable signing Kuminga to, but it seems that he may want more.Last season, Kuminga averaged 15.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 0.8 steals. Kuminga has shown flashes of greatness at different stages of his young career, but he hasn't been able to stabilize it.If he does return to Golden State, Kuminga may work with the team on a larger role. But if the Warriors can't offer that to him, it could be better for the two sides to part ways.Golden State has the goal of winning another title before star Stephen Curry retires from the NBA.
