Lapcevich ran the CARS Tour in 2024, winning at North Wilkesboro and the Florence Motor Speedway. The General Tire 150 is a combination race, marking the the fifth time that the ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards Series West have come together to compete at Phoenix. While West Series drivers have raced in Avondale for decades, the combination race between the two ARCA series dates to only 2021.
