Russia hit civilian areas overnight and damaged two hospitals, after a two-hour conversation between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump in which Russia agreed to the infrastructure moratorium but rejected Trump’s request for a full 30-day ceasefire, to which Ukraine had agreed last week in Jeddah. 'Today I will have contact with President Trump,' Zelenskyy said at a news conference after the strikes.
