ARCADIA, MI – One of Michigan’s premier golf courses is open for the 2025 season. Arcadia Bluffs Golf Club, a scenic Northern Michigan course featuring rolling terrain and fantastic views of Lake Michigan, welcomed its first golfer of the season on Thursday. “We are delighted to kick off the 2025 golf season,” a Facebook post said. “Our first golfer on The Bluffs Course today was Mr. Collister from Macomb, Michigan.” Golf, dining, and lodging at The Bluffs and South Course properties are both open, offering Michigan residents and visitors a chance to experience a course routinely ranked among the best public courses in America. Arcadia features an iconic, par-4 12th hole that runs along a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. The hole was featured by Pure Michigan in 2018. “Really what sets hole 12 apart is walking up to the tee box and looking out over the bluff here. You’re 180 to 200 feet above the shoreline. Looking at your tee shot, it looks like it’s pretty intimidating like most of the holes out at Arcadia Bluffs,” “But the fairway is a little more generous than it looks like. This is definitely one of the signature holes. Not only with the great views of the lake, but a really neat green complex as you come into it.”
