Former Chelsea coach explains why they must sign Osimhen or former Dortmund star

A former Chelsea coach named two strikers the club should consider if they have Premier League winning ambitions.
Former Chelsea head coach Roberto Di Matteo has urged the club to sign Victor Osimhen, believing a top goalscorer is the difference between where they are and where they aspire to be.
Di Matteo, who led the Blues to their first UCL title, relying on goalscoring from Didier Drogba, explained that a club needed a striker who guaranteed goals to win titles. He suggested two names, including Osimhen, for the club to consider signing to fill the hole in their team.

What he said
According to the Mirror, the Portuguese tactician lauded the talent within Chelsea's ranks, including Nicolas Jackson. However, he said that the Senegalese was still forming and was not yet what Chelsea needed.
“It’s a very talented team, but they’re probably lacking a bit of experience, maybe, in terms of players who’ve had a lot of success playing many years in the Premier League, knowing certain ways to win games,” he said.
“You can only gain that experience with time and minutes in the league. I like Nicolas Jackson a lot, and he’s someone who can only get better.”
He said Chelsea needed a goalscorer who could score more than 20 goals in a season, a feat Jackson has yet to achieve for the club. The former Aston Villa coach said the club should consider signing Osimhen and Alexander Isak.
“I still think, though, Chelsea need a striker who is going to score them 25 goals a season—if you want to win the league or challenge, that’s what you need.”
“That’s not a criticism of Jackson, though; I also think another striker would allow you the option to sometimes play with two up-front.
“Up front, there are a couple of options you could go for. Alexander Isak at Newcastle—he’s been playing in the Premier League for a while now, so he knows very much what the league is about.
“Then you’ve got Victor Osimhen, who has already been linked with the club before, and he’s a top, top striker. I’d be looking at either of those two personally".
Victor Osimhen came close to joining Chelsea last summer, but both parties failed to reach an agreement before the end of the window. They are expected to return for him next summer; however, they have to sell some players to fund the move.
