Victor Cruz sees a birdie in his daughter’s future. After all, the retired NFL star shared that his 13-year-old Kennedy is following in his footsteps and has shown interest in playing sports—specifically, golf. “She’s a great golfer, but she hasn’t really understood how good she is yet because she’s still trying to figure out her body and what she can do,” Victor exclusively told E! News at Jay Z’s 40/40 Club at Fanatics Fest NYC. “But the athleticism is there and I can see it. I’m pretty proud of that.” Though the 38-year-old is excited for his daughter—whom he shares with ex Elaina Watley—to find her athletic voice, he’s also been along for the ride. In fact, the former Chicago Bears wide receiver noted he and Kennedy play golf together “100 percent” of the time—and he’s shared glimpses of those memories on Instagram.
