Orange Cap in IPL 2025 (Most Runs): Sai Sudharsan had a chance to reach the No. 1 position in the list of leading run scorers in IPL 2025 on Sunday (April 6), but the 23-year-old left-handed batter from Tamil Nadu could only manage to score 5 runs from nine balls for Gujarat Titans against Sunrisers Hyderabad during the IPL 2025 match played at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. During his stay at the crease, he failed to score any boundary and handed a simple catch to Aniket Verma off Mohammed Shami’s bowling on the fifth ball of the third over of GT’s innings. He has 191 runs to name in four matches played so far. Sai’s GT teammate Jos Buttler, who has hammered two fifties in the IPL this year, came out to bat at No. 3 in the 153-run chase, but he also failed to do much and got out for a three-ball duck. He remains in the No. 5 position with 166 runs to his name in four matches.
