If you're stuck for something to watch on Netflix tonight, you could always try this psychological thriller which is supposed to have a "twister" of an ending. Many movie lovers will know the frustration of constantly scrolling on streaming services such as Netflix , unable to pick something despite the endless options available. It's often these boundless options that leave us overwhelmed and unable to settle on something. But it's much easier if someone can recommend something as it takes much of the decision-making out of our hands. One film fan recently took to TikTok to share some recommendations for psychological thrillers which are a "must-see" on the platform. Tierra has a TikTok page called @naturallytee where she shares recommendations for TV shows and movies. In a recent video she recommended the 2021 film Intrusion, which she gave a massive "10 out of 10 rating". Sharing her thoughts, she said: "It gets really good towards the middle, but the ending is a twister." The Netflix description of this film reads: "After a deadly home invasion at a couple's new dream house, the traumatised wife searches for answers - and learns the real danger is just beginning." The American thriller stars Freida Pinto and Logan Marshall, and was written by Christopher Sparling. Although it was much-loved by Tierra, it seems to have divided opinions online. After it first came out, one movie fan said on Reddit : "I watched it blind last night and was moderately impressed. Definitely great acting." And other wrote: "I liked the movie for what it was. Yes, it was predictable, but it was still fun in the end." However, someone else commented: "It had so much potential. The story was really obvious, they could’ve made it more ambiguous I guess." Tierra also recommended other films to watch on Netflix. She rated the 2019 thriller Fractured a "1000 out of 10" and said "the ending is not going to be what you expect". The Netflix description reads: "After his wife and injured daughter disappear from an ER, a man conducts a panicked search and becomes convinced the hospital is hiding something". She also recommended 2022's Spiderhead, giving it a "10/10" and commenting: "Excellent film. It has Jurnee Smollett in it so you know it's a 10." The description reads: "Warning: Side effects of drugs tested on Spiderhead Penitentiary inmates may include maniacal laughter, insta-love, raging lust, stark terror and death." She gave the 2023 film The Strays a "100 out of 10" and said: "It reminds me of a Jordan Peele type of film". The description says: "A loving husband. Two model children. The home of her dreams.
