'I can’t control what people do with the photos that are public on Instagram. This website wasn’t selling anything, they weren’t advertising anything. 'They gave credit to the photographer and used my name because it’s a picture of me, but I never had to verify my identity because I never had an account with them. They even deleted the photos themselves, I never spoke to them.'
